Our Professional Coaches

Channa Kelly, NHA / MA
Coach Channa’s objective is to offer an innovative program, designed for the modern age, for people who have busy lives and have to juggle many things at once. We all know that AIT’s receive pressure from their superiors to pass the tests timely while working full-time hours. Many of us have children and busy lives at home as well. Channa has three minor children and has been married for over ten years, yet passed both the National and California State exam the first time with this new program and decided to help other AIT’s and offer something that the other programs do not offer: a program that mimics the actual NAB computer-based test and flashcards that you can study while waiting at the doctors office, while someone else is driving, while waiting in line at the supermarket, etc. All from the convenience of your Smart phone.
Channa is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Southern California and committed to keep up with current regulations, additions/changes to Title 22 and National materials, and is constantly updating/adding new practice questions to the already vast database. She uses the regulations on a daily basis and is therefore able to keep up with changes in a timely manner.
Channa’s education includes a B.A. in Business and Tourism Management from the NHTV in The Netherlands. She also graduated with a Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in San Diego; she has been working in the Healthcare Industry since 2005. First with the Veteran population at the Veterans Administration, and then with the chronically mentally ill in closed psychiatric units. Channa started working in Skilled Nursing Facilities in 2010 as a Director of Social Services and became the Administrator-In-Training soon after. She signed up for a prep course with another company, was disappointed with the manner the materials were offered, the type of homework given, and the organization of the test materials. It was then that she decided to create, develop, and manage her own learning program.
